Mrs. Debbie DeVane, principal of Lee County Primary School, began her educational career in Lee County in 1984 at Lee County Elementary School. Mrs. DeVane did her student teaching in Physical Education at Lee County Elementary in 1984 and also worked as a paraprofessional in 1985. After moving away for four years, Mrs. DeVane returned to the Lee County School System in 1990. She taught Physical Education at Lee County Primary School from 1990 until 2009. Mrs. DeVane became assistant principal of LCPS in 2009. Mrs. DeVane became principal of LCPS in 2012.
